1. GENERAL POLICY

– All products sold by Unreal For Cinematics are digital goods, delivered immediately upon purchase.
– Because of this, most purchases are non-refundable.
– However, selected products include a 30-day refund guarantee, clearly mentioned on their product page at checkout.

2. 30-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE (SELECTED PRODUCTS ONLY)

– Only products that explicitly state “30-Day Refund Guarantee” on their sales page are eligible.
– Eligible customers may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To qualify for a refund:
– You must provide proof that you attempted to use the training.
– You must show completion of at least part of the program or proof of implementation (screenshots, attempts, project progress, etc.).
– This prevents misuse, piracy, and fraudulent access.

Refunds will NOT be granted for:
– “Changed my mind”
– “Didn’t have time”
– “I just wanted to try it”
– Non-engagement with the program
– Downloading or using the course material extensively before requesting a refund

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if misuse or abuse is detected.

3. NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS

The following are not eligible for refunds:
– Any product without a 30-day refund guarantee label on its page
– Upsells, bonuses, templates, presets, or downloadable files
– Mentorship programs (due to reserved instructor time and limited spots)
– Products purchased during special limited-time discounts
– Bundles that include non-refundable items

4. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund for eligible products, send an email to:

– Order email

– The product you want refunded
– Proof of participation/implementation (required for approval)

Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to be processed after approval.

5. CHARGEBACKS

– Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is considered a violation of policy.
– Chargebacks may result in:
– Permanent account suspension
– Removal from all programs
– Legal action for digital product misuse
